Política de Garantía y Devoluciones
Nuestra política de garantía tiene una duración de 14 días a partir de la fecha en que el cliente recibe el producto.
En caso de que el artículo presente algún defecto de fábrica, el cliente deberá enviar el producto por su cuenta a la siguiente dirección:

El producto deberá enviarse en las mismas condiciones en que fue recibido, sin uso y en su empaque original.
Una vez recibido y evaluado el artículo, el cliente podrá optar por un reembolso o un cambio por el mismo producto, sujeto a disponibilidad.
⚠️ Todos los costos de envío, incluyendo el envío de devolución, serán responsabilidad del cliente.
Si han transcurrido más de 14 días desde la fecha de compra, no se aceptarán devoluciones, cambios ni reembolsos.
Para que una devolución sea elegible:
El artículo debe estar sin usar
Debe encontrarse en perfectas condiciones
Debe incluir su empaque original

Warranty & Return Policy

Our warranty policy is valid for 14 days from the date the customer receives the product.

If the item has a manufacturing defect, the customer must ship the product at their own expense to the following address:

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the customer may choose either a refund or an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

⚠️ All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in perfect condition
• The item must include its original packaging
