Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders to Puerto Rico and the United States via USPS.

Delivery Time: Once processed, packages typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages
